Comparison and Contras: Country to City

Everybody needs a comfortable place to live. By comparing life between living in the country than living in the city, we will ask questions like; which the better place is? Every place has its own advantages, but it depends on each person who lives. I prefer to live in the country than live in the city, because of the fresh air. In the same case, people needs a place which has many facilities; however they also require a quiet atmosphere to relax. In my opinion, living in the country is more preferable than living in the city, because of the environments, safety, and family values.
The environment of the country life is the best described as a peaceful and healthy way of living. In the city are exciting with so much going on and so many people all around. We hear the horns, the sound from motor vehicles, and etc; whereas in the country are quieter lifestyle and generally likes to be closer to nature, we hear birds chirping, and other animal sounds, like crickets sound. There are many trees that make the air are clean and fresh. In contrast, so many buildings and crowded streets in the city. The air in the city is unhealthy; it is contaminated by the pollution of motor vehicles.
Living in the country is more secure than living in the city. Parents in the country are no doubt to release their child outside the house to play in the playground, because the place is spacious enough, and not as crowded as in the city. In contrast, parents in the city is more anxious and do not allow their children to play outdoors, because close to the crowd, prone to accidents and abduction. The crime in the country is lower than in the city; theft, robbery, pick pocketing are more common in the city. The country ever happen the crime too, like theft of livestock, but it is not dangerous like the crime in the city.
The relationship of each family in the country is closer than in the city. The communication of family member is easier and cheaper than in the city, because usually the country dwellers are live close to each other. They shop in the market together, breeding in the farm together, helping each other and so on. They do not need motor vehicles like city dwellers need to visit their family who live in far away from their house. An example of the differences can be found in daily life. City dwellers are more concerned about their own lives; such as, personal needs and maybe reaching theirs goals by studying in prestigious universities.
In conclusion, the decision of a person live will be directly based on the personal needs and values of the person. If you prefer to live in a place that is busy and plenty of people and things to do, the city might be the way to go. However if you prefer a quieter lifestyle and generally like to be closer to nature then perhaps the country is the place to be. Even though in the city is the place of many facilities, it can not change my judgment about the country is the best place to live, because I do not like the crowds and the noisy atmosphere like what I feel in the city. (LAF)
